Eleven people, including one female Plateau delegate and five other members of the All Progressives Congress, fell during the just finished presidential primaries, according to emergency responders.
BEVIBESHUB has learned that the occurrences drew the notice of security personnel and sympathizers, who frequently took them to waiting ambulances stationed at strategic spots across the site.
Some of the victims were said to be suffering from burnout, exhaustion, and chronic health issues such as seizures, and had to be rushed out in ambulances for treatment.
On Wednesday, our correspondent spotted another patient being transported away in an ambulance while approaching the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps' 'Disaster Management Rescue' team stationed at the conference field.
The sufferer was fatigued and unable to move, according to a health professional who only went by the name Ade.
He couldn't determine if he was a delegate or one of the thousands of party supporters who turned up for the presidential primary.
"He is one of the many people that have been taken away from Eagle Square for medical attention. We've transported one female delegate from Plateau and three elderly guys who I assumed were party sympathizers from here between yesterday and today.
"The person in issue had fainted and was brought here in that condition, so we had to take her away in an ambulance at 6.12 p.m." I may not know much about others, but I can attest to the fact that she was a delegate. Those are the four situations we've dealt with thus far.
"However, I learned that the FCT Disaster Management team had two such incidents." Their ambulance was dispatched to one instance yesterday, and they were dispatched to another case today.
"They aren't here; if they were, I would have requested you to speak with them." Despite the fact that we are both from the NSCDC, they work with the national headquarters.
"When the number of their patients is added to ours, we should be able to fit everyone in." The others, with the exception of the final guy we took, are now OK. He said, "I heard they've even been discharged."
When asked about their illnesses or diagnoses, the health official explained that some were patients on ethical medications who failed to bring their medication, while others were burnout instances.
"A few people stated they neglected to carry their medications, while others said they forgot to take them before going to the conference. They can't be blamed since they are getting older.
"Everyone I've met so far is in their 50s, and it's clear they've never been to an event where they'll be standing for more than two hours without sagging," he added.
Ade also guided the writer to another ambulance at the Eagle Square entrance that was painted in the colors of the Federal Road Safety Corp.
When our reporter arrived to the ambulance, the driver was nowhere to be seen.

However, one of the officers, who requested anonymity, stated that they had the honor of transporting two members of the party for treatment.
"Those are the only ones I'm aware of." Between last night and now, I can't say if they attended to additional people after I departed," he added.
He, on the other hand, refused to reveal their problems.
A group of young physicians squatting in another area, wearing bespoke jackets with Federal Medical Centre logos, told our reporter that they were at the conference field to cater to emergencies.
Except for three unique situations when some patients fell without anybody touching them, one of the medical team members told BEVIBESHUB that they handled a lot of crises ranging from bleeding to bruising, especially during the rush that happened at the site.
"Those three individuals had hyperglycemia, seizure disorder, and hypoglycemia." Because they are emergencies, they must be taken from here to the main clinic," he explained.
Hypoglycemia occurs when blood sugar (glucose) levels are below the normal range, and hyperglycemia occurs when blood sugar levels are beyond the normal range.
Apart from the FMC authorities, our correspondent called the National Hospital in Abuja to see if other persons were sent to the hospital for medical assistance after the presidential primary.
However, Tayo Haastrup, a spokesman for the NHA, verified that no patient was taken to their institution.
"I've talked to a few people. "Nobody from the APC conference was brought here," he claimed.
The news follows a similar incident in which a Jigawa delegate, named as Malam Isah Baba-Buji, collapsed and died while eating breakfast before attending the party's convention in Eagle Square.
Baba-Buji served as the deputy chairman of the APC in Jigawa South-West.
Bashir Kundu, a spokesman for the Jigawa APC, confirmed Baba-death Buji's and stated that the deceased's remains had been sent home for burial in line with Islamic customs.
