Buba Galadima, a senior member of the New Nigeria Peoples Party, has reacted to a recent statement made by President Muhammadu Buhari's spokesperson, Femi Adesina, saying the country will be safer and more prosperous than when he took office in 2015.
In a statement on Sunday, Adesina asserted that Buhari wouldn't be leaving Nigeria the same way he found it.
In response, Galadima begged for God to come to Adesina and bring the daily suffering of the common people of Nigeria.
On Wednesday, Galadima stated, "We wish that he (Buhari) could have kept the country (as he met it) on May 29, 2015," on Arise Television's Morning Show. When he left office, we could have applauded for him and led the way to Daura or wherever he intended to settle down.
